When you send a reservation request or an enquiry, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, dates and what you are planning.
Health and counselling requests
If you tell us about a health matter when you enquire about the spa, we use it only to plan your treatment. You never need to tell us why you want counselling. These requests can be read only by the staff who need them.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request and manage your stay. We do not sell your details.
